The mattress and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, leading to interrupted sleep.

It was in a nice neighborhood within close walking distance to all the main attractions of Milan. The staff was incredible, especially the evening staff who went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
