The hotel is situated in a bustling area of the city center, close to some very nice restaurants. It is conveniently located on a little square, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. The rooms are well-presented and quite modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are enjoyable, with delicious croissants on offer.

The mattress and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, leading to interrupted sleep.

It was in a nice neighborhood within close walking distance to all the main attractions of Milan. The staff was incredible, especially the evening staff who went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
